The human Tissue

A tissue is a group of cells that have a similar shape and function. Tissues are known for performing the same function especially when they are group together. They act as one, and when anything goes wrong, it may affect the entire group. Different types of tissues can be found in different organs. In humans, there are four basic types of tissues: epithelial, connective, muscular, and nervous tissue. Among these four tissues, they are also sub tissues playing a supportive role to major tissues.
